Following the kick-off project meeting in Finland, October 2008, a work plan covering the whole period of October 09 – August 2010 was made. The project meetings to be held in the participating countries constitute the milestones for the project.

In the time between project meetings, the national project groups work on a number of tasks set up in the work plan.

These include: collecting and collating specific materials, presenting materials, testing the generic model, preparing and testing the national version and participating in networking activities.

During the project period 2008 - 2010, participants from each partner country meet monthly in cyper space for discussing and coordinating the editing of the Europan TrainerGuide. The countries have equally shared responsibilities and initiatives to be undertaken, based on each partner's forces.

Materials such as pictures, sound files, download tools, links or best practise cases are registered and stored in common transnational archives. The editors comment on the materials and choose appropriate data for publication in the TrainerGuide.

This exchange is facilitating the mutual understanding for not only the partner countries' vocational systems, but also for possible needs and potentials in other European countries.
